Using carefully selected seasonal produce, our team creates a refined, modern cuisine. Rotating specials from Simon and our kitchen team keep things interesting – sometimes surprising, always delicious. The natural flavour of each ingredient, in all its nuances, is at the heart of every dish.
At lunchtime, we open the kitchen for a straightforward midday meal: a starter, main course, still water and a coffee from our Magazin Store – all for €16.50. What's on the lunch menu is decided by the season and whatever fresh ingredients are available.
In the evening, our open kitchen invites you to enjoy good conversation and shared pleasures. At the bistro counter, you can watch the mashed potatoes turn purple or peek over our shoulders as we plate up. Our team will guide you through the evening with drinks and lovingly selected wines.
