MARGARETE'S ADVENT BRUNCH

Grab your loved ones and join us for a delicious start to the Advent season! We'll be kicking off with a cosy brunch on the first Sunday of Advent. Our brunch étagère will be served at the table for you to share, and you can pick up as much as you like: fresh waffles, eggs, granola and fruit, soup, falafel and grilled corn-fed chicken. We're delighted!

EVENTS AT STUDIO 27

Still looking for the perfect location for your Christmas party? For a few more weeks, Studio 27 on Berliner Straße is available. Our pop-up event space in the Haus des Buches offers 200 m² flooded with light through its glass façade and can be flexibly divided with curtains. Perfect for celebrations with 50 to 190 guests. WINTER GOOSE MENU

11 November is St. Martin's Day, so it's finally time for traditional roast goose! Our kitchen can't wait to whip up a delicious winter menu. It's got a nuanced flavour, with a seasonal focus and free-range geese from the Lüneburg Heath. Served as a three-course menu or à la carte until the end of December. Please make sure to reserve a table in advance.
