We represent modern, down-to-earth cuisine that combines classic dishes with new ideas. We prioritize transparency and quality – you can watch us at work in our open kitchen. We source our ingredients primarily from local producers whom we know and appreciate personally. This close collaboration ensures an authentic taste that you can feel in each of our dishes.

LUNCH IS BACK

Starting today, we're opening the kitchen for lunch – Monday to Friday, 12 to 2:30 pm. A starter, main course, still water and a coffee from the Magazin, all for €16.50. Seasonal, straightforward, from the open kitchen.

FIVE COURSES LIVE

Every month, we select your highlights from our 10 Courses Live! evenings. The most popular dishes make it onto our Margarete tasting menu. Five small courses to mix and match. Sometimes surprising, always delicious – prepared in the open kitchen.

ASPARAGUS IS HERE

The wait for spring is over! From 15 April, we'll be serving fresh asparagus from the Wetterau region again. With delicious add-ons and classic sides. And of course, a fine seasonal dessert too. Vivat asparagus!
