We represent modern, down-to-earth cuisine that combines classic dishes with new ideas. We prioritize transparency and quality – you can watch us at work in our open kitchen. We source our ingredients primarily from local producers whom we know and appreciate personally. This close collaboration ensures an authentic taste that you can feel in each of our dishes.

Because it's just too much fun – and tickets always sell out in a flash – we're expanding our 10-course Live! evenings to 40 seats. So yes, there are still a few tickets left. Don't wait too long! Expect 10 small plates – prepared, plated and served live at the bistro counter. Plus an aperitif and great conversation with Simon and our kitchen team.

Every month, we select your highlights from the 10-course live! evenings with Simon and our kitchen team. The most popular dishes make it onto our monthly Margarete tasting menu. Five small courses to choose from, prepared in open kitchen. Sometimes surprising, always delicious.

ASPARAGUS IS HERE

The wait for spring is over! From 15 April, we'll be serving fresh asparagus from the Wetterau region. Combined with delicious add-ons and classic side dishes. And, of course, there'll be a tasty seasonal dessert too. If you fancy a convivial asparagus feast with a difference, join us for 'Das große Spargelessen' on 9 May, in collaboration with Frankfurter Neue Küche.
