We represent modern, down-to-earth cuisine that combines classic dishes with new ideas. We prioritize transparency and quality – you can watch us at work in our open kitchen. We source our ingredients primarily from local producers whom we know and appreciate personally. This close collaboration ensures an authentic taste that you can feel in each of our dishes.

MARGARETE'S ADVENT BRUNCH

Grab your loved ones and join us for a delicious start to the Advent season! We'll be kicking off with a cosy brunch on the first Sunday of Advent. Our brunch étagère will be served at the table for you to share, and you can pick up as much as you like: fresh waffles, eggs, granola and fruit, soup, falafel and grilled corn-fed chicken. We're delighted!

THE LAST NIGHT OF THE YEAR

Already making plans for New Year’s Eve? So are we! As tradition has it, we’ll be ringing in the new year with Samuel’s festive five-course New Year’s Eve menu. Expect a vegan option, a lovingly curated wine pairing, and – yes – Simon has promised table fireworks. Dress up and let us spoil you as we bid farewell to the year!

WINTER GOOSE MENU

11 November is St. Martin's Day, so it's finally time for traditional roast goose! Our kitchen can't wait to whip up a delicious winter menu. It's got a nuanced flavour, with a seasonal focus and free-range geese from the Lüneburg Heath. Served as a three-course menu or à la carte until the end of December.  Please make sure to reserve a table in advance.
