SEASON START! OUR ASPARAGUS MENU

Spring is here and the royal vegetable is finally in season. Enjoy Samuel's exquisite asparagus menu with fresh ingredients from the region. From 22 April to 21 June 2025 in the restaurant and bistro.

SEVEN-HERBS COOKING COURSE WITH SIMON

16 June 2025. Together we develop three different green sauce styles – with professional and friendly guidance from Simon. Followed by a shared feast with organic eggs, regional potatoes and a surprise dessert!

10-COURSE MENU WITH SAMUEL AND SIMON

07 July 2025. Simon and Samuel conjure up a relaxed 10-course tasting menu for you. Prepared live, plated and served at the bistro counter. Watch, chat, enjoy the atmosphere. And let your mind wander for 10 courses.
