We represent modern, down-to-earth cuisine that combines classic dishes with new ideas. We prioritize transparency and quality – you can watch us at work in our open kitchen. We source our ingredients primarily from local producers whom we know and appreciate personally. This close collaboration ensures an authentic taste that you can feel in each of our dishes.

Every month, we select your highlights from the 10 courses live! evenings with Simon and out kitchen team. The most popular courses make it onto our monthly changing tapas menu. Sometimes surprising, always delicious and prepared at the open bar. Enjoy them individually, as a menu or place them in the middle to share.

14 February is Valentine's Day. Flower arranging, tandem skydiving and romantic scavenger hunts not your thing? Then spend the evening of love with us. Bring your sweetheart, your very best friends or your parents. We will serve Margarete's Valentine's Day menu in three or four exquisite courses. Start with a sparkling rosé aperitif. Reservations are now being taken.

OYSTER BRETAGNE!

Our Breton oyster evening on 31 January is sold out. Lucky for us, Simon just set two new dates! In April and October, the bistro will be serving up fresh and tasty Atlantic delicacies. With Fines de Claire oysters – classic with lemon or vinaigrette, homemade bien sûr. Start with a Pastis on ice, and finish with three kinds of Macarons for dessert. Voilà!
